Moving Home!
Praise the Lord!
We are packing up and moving home! After a 6 month journey,God is leading us back to the beautiful cabin in the big woods.I am so excited! Yes,I am sad to be leaving our dear friends up here at South Campus,but I know it will be so good to be back home. But I can assure you all that we will be sure to visit our "northern" friends often. Like one of my dear nurses always says...No worries!
Today we are loading all that we can into the vehicles. Tomorrow we will be driving it all down and unloading. Due to some varied activities this weekend,we will come back up to SC until Monday or Tuesday.
Please pray for strength and patience during this time.

Good Morning!
Praise the Lord....
We heard from Timmy yesterday!
We have been unable to communicate with him for the past week and a half due to his journey into Zambia. For some reason his phone would not go through. When we arrived home last night,after visiting my grandparents,there was an email from Tim! Wow! Papa was so relieved...I know he was worried for Tim's safety,yet daily chose to leave him in God's hands.Tim said he is fine and well,he is working hard,and he wants us to call him around 2:00p.m. today!Yippee!
I will keep you posted.

Checkup Day!
Oh! What a beautiful morning!
Oh! What a beautiful day!
I have a song I can't stop singing...
'cause blessings keep coming my way!
Yes,I had a checkup at the hospital today.It went very well and I got a wonderful report.Dr.Akard took me completely off the antirejection medication! Yippee! So that means prayer is definitely needed through this time of seeing how my body responds.But I am confident in this...that He which hath begun a good work in me,will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ!
My blood work was wonderful.Actually,Dr.Akard came into my room and said,
"Well,we'll just start giving your platelets to someone else!" Of course he was joking,but they are so high...178!! My white is at 5.7 and my red at 11.2.I am to go back in two weeks for a checkup...hoping that some of this dryness of skin and pigment change goes away.But praise God for all He has done! You know,it is amazing to me still that God could love me so,and really care.He is a wonderful Father and Sheperd to me,such a weak and vonerable little lamb.
